We are looking for a skillful IT project manager to lead a team.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Organize the implementation of information system development;
• Create and implement project definitions, plans, budgets, and objectives for IT projects, starting from sales phase;
• Manage project teams, tasks and resources, as well as the work quality;
• Forecast the needs for additional qualifications and resources required for the project;
• Manage project risks, ensure timely risk identification and escalation;
• Manage relationship with vendors, contractors and other parties by acting as the central point of contact;
• Perform continuous assessments of project progress, team performance;
• Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics;
• Ensure that the project will be delivered on-time, within scope and within budget;
• Take ownership and full responsibility for projects success and achieving the goals;

WHAT WE EXPECT:

• University degree – preferably in IT, mathematics or business administration;
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, etc.);
• 5+ years of project management experience;
• Ability to effectively communicate with your team, clients and managers, as well as to organize and optimize areas of work in a changing environment;
• Strong teamwork, organizational, prioritization, negotiation, problem-solving, presentation and time management skills;
• Project management certificates would be an advantage;
• Excellent English language proficiency (verbal, written)

Location: Vilnius/Kaunas, but remote work is also possible.

Monthly salary: 3800-5000 Eur gross, however, we are open to discuss different salary based on your skills & competences
