GovTech Innovation Accelerator© Framework

  • 01
    Feasibility assessment

If the government has not yet made a strategic decision regarding the mandate and positioning of the GovTech Lab in the country, our experts can help you to assess the existing institutional setup, local innovation ecosystem, and the country’s needs at strategic, organizational, technical, and operational levels for establishing the GovTech Lab.

  • 02
    Design of the Lab

By co-creating with local stakeholders, our experts will help to define the concept for the GovTech Lab, including clearly defined organizational, institutional, technical requirements, and operational toolkits.

  • 03
    Design of Challenge Series

GovTech Challenge Series acts as a tool most commonly employed by GovTech Labs around the world, and is a logical first initiative to be initiated by the newly established GovTech Lab. Our experts can support your GovTech Lab team, and provide them during the setup, launch, and implementation of the pilot Challenge series.

  • 04
    Capacity Building

Once the GovTech Lab is clearly defined and approved by government stakeholders, we can provide assistance by implementing capacity building, knowledge transfer, and handholding activities, including dedicated workshops and webinars to public institutions, local startups, and other stakeholders regarding GovTech Labs and relevant open innovation practices.
