Solution

The project could be defined as designing of a national, fully computerized and consolidated registration system operational in 64 provinces including the supplementary legal framework, institutional cooperation and distribution of mandates, institutional strengthening and training program, registration procedures, workflow and IT system, awareness and information programs and operational services and budgets.

The project covers Phase A; the National Business registration System as a single-point-registration service including the business registration, tax registration, notifications to statistical agencies and public security permit for seal engraving, and Phase B; the National System of Financial Statements of shareholding companies.
